At 2 3/4 inches (7cms) high and 3 1/2 wide, this is one of the tiniest etchings, and was handprinted into Piers' handmade SONNETS FOR A SIREN book.
It is 'lifted' from French Romantic 19th century art, and the waves inspired by age old Eastern designs, but the result is all Browne - in moody pitch-black.
